Shipping and Delivery Policy

ProfileOS does not sell physical products. All our offerings, including the "ProfileOS Full Kit," are digital resources. As such, there is no physical shipping involved.

Upon successful payment confirmation through Razorpay, the product is delivered digitally through your personal user dashboard on the ProfileOS website. You will be able to view and download your resources directly from there.

Delivery is usually instant. Once your payment is processed, your dashboard should automatically update with the purchased resources. You will also receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your purchase.

In rare cases of high traffic or technical lag, it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to reflect in your dashboard. If you have not gained access within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us immediately at imperialauraa@gmail.com.

User can generate secure download links from the dashboard for specific resources. These links are for your personal use only and should not be shared with others.

Since all delivery is digital, there are zero shipping charges applied to any purchase on ProfileOS.
