Cancellation and Refund Policy

Transparent rules for our digital products.

1. Digital Product Nature

ProfileOS provides digital products and resources that are delivered instantly via download or dashboard access. Because these are non-tangible digital goods that cannot be "returned," refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that mistakes can happen. Refund requests may be considered only in the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Wrong Charge: If you were charged an amount different from the listed price.
  • Failed Access: If you have made a successful payment but are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any of the valid reasons mentioned above, you must contact us within 3 days of the purchase date. Please email imperialauraa@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Registered Email Address
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for refund request (with screenshots if applicable)

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method. The refund usually takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and the payment provider (Razorpay).

5. Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital and access is typically granted immediately upon payment, cancellations are not applicable once the payment is successful and the digital access is unlocked.

If you have a pending or failed payment and wish to cancel the transaction before it completes, you may do so through the payment interface or by contacting support.
