Cancellation Policy

How we handle order cancellations.

1. Digital Order Cancellation

As ProfileOS provides digital products that are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the digital access is unlocked or the product has been downloaded.

2. Pending or Failed Payments

If a payment transaction is still pending or has failed, it will not be considered a completed order. You may choose not to proceed with the payment, which effectively cancels the request before any charge is made.

3. Duplicate Orders

In the event of a duplicate payment for the same product, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify the transaction and cancel the duplicate order, initiating a refund for the extra charge.
